License Renewal & Registration
Registration and licensing will be automated to reduce the incidence of late renewal.
The following will be system driven: appropriate registration with relevant authorities; acquiring vehicle documents from the client; and matching the manufacturer’s certificate containing all the relevant details of the vehicle. This will provide the correct information for licence plate registration in terms of the National Road Traffic Act.
Baatshuma will also handle Number Plates and Personalised Numbers registration and printing
Traffic Fines
Baatshuma will keep track of all infringement notices and process these accordingly, including compliance to AATRTO.
Accountability will be apportioned in compliance with the law. This will ensure that any fine infringement with regard to the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977 (Act No. 51 of 1977 is flagged with the client.
Change Of Particulars
We offer an efficient and stress free process of changing vehicle ownership and/or any vehicle details, such as Owner’s Address, Title Holder, with the traffic department. These changes may be after a vehicle sale or during ownership of vehicle.
Transfer Of Personalised Numbers
We apply on your behalf to transfer existing number plates from one car to the other or to secondary party with a valid personalised number plates certificate.
Vehicle roadworthy Compliance
Baatshuma will handle roadworthy testing and processing according to the regulations of the National Road Traffic Act and SANS 10047/SANS 10216 and ensure a roadworthy vehicle inspection that meets the highest vehicle testing standards.
We will timeously and regularly initiate vehicles inspections and testing.
Police Clearance
We will handle registration of any vehicle(s) which have been imported from outside the borders of South Africa. These may be vehicles intended for personal or business use.
Vehicle Movement
Baatshuma will manage the movements of commercial and yellow metal vehicles when required by business need.
